scalloped potato last night

It's definitely getting cooler here in New England so I made scalloped potatoes last night.

YUM!

I made a big enough pot of them so we're having planned overs tonight. But I'm adding cheese and chunks of ham. One dish casserole. YUMMY

That sounds good! Here in Texas it's HOT! We're suppposed our fall temps beginning on Sunday. I can't wait. By the way, fall temps are highs in the upper 70s, low 80s.

Bud and I constantly fight over the temperature in the house.

I work in a building with no AC - so it gets hot and humid here. I dress accordingly. He's either in his truck or over at the Legion where he has the AC on frostbite - so he wears jeans and a shirt. He gets home and turns the temp down on the AC - and I freeze! (PUT ON SHORTS, DANG IT!)

In the winter we freeze at work (the heat comes on certain times of the year and certain times of the day, controlled by the main control panel someplace else on campus) I wear heavy socks and cords and a couple layers. Bud turns the heat up at hte house and wears jeans and a t shirt! (PUT ON A LONG SLEEVED SHIRT, DANG IT!)
